POWERLINE PLUS PINK TRUCK DRIVES HOME CRITICAL BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MESSAGE

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual international health campaign organized by major breast cancer charities worldwide. This campaign aims to raise awareness and drive fundraising efforts to support the fight against breast cancer.

Powerline Plus supports and encourages the fight against breast cancer in various ways within our organization. In addition to making monthly financial contributions to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, we create a powerful statement in the community with one of our large vacuum excavation trucks wrapped in pink and white in support of breast cancer awareness month.

Dedicating a month to breast cancer awareness is significant because it aims to educate the public about the risk factors for breast cancer and to help fund programs and research into the causes, prevention, treatment, and cure of the disease. Contributions made by companies like ours may one day help provide the scientific breakthroughs needed to overcome this disease.
